Platinum Glow Return and Replace/Repair Policy

All products available for sale at Platinum Glow are checked for quality and workmanship and should therefore be free of any defects. Customer Care and satisfaction is, however, what we strive for and we will therefore accept returns for repair or replacement under our Repair and Replace Policy.

Conditions:

  1. Customers may exchange an item or have it repaired, by returning it to our shop within 14 days from date of purchase. An exchange will be considered once per item.
  2. Customers must call prior to returning any product. Any returned product must be accompanied with a return authorization number, written explanation for return, and the original receipt.
  3. Products will be repaired or exchanged provided that the:
    a) The item has a manufacturer defect.
    b) The item is in its original condition and the packaging, and the item matches the item on our Sales Records.
  4. No exchange will be agreed to if the returned product is damaged beyond use or if it has been used.
  5. Exchanges can be made for the same item or equivalent item.
  6. The purchased products will not be repaired nor replaced for free if the damage to the product was caused by malicious or negligent action by the customer or any other person.
  7. The decision to repair or exchange a product is in the sole discretion of Platinum Glow.
